Good to know

This is a vintage home in an established quintessential Fort Worth neighborhood and has quirks. It's been recently renovated so you shouldn't have any issues! There are 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each bedroom. There are also 3 full baths. There is only one bedroom that doesn't have a bathroom attached to it. There are 2 living rooms, 1 on the first floor and one on the second. The living room on the 2nd floor has a pull out couch. The bedrooms are far apart and in different parts of the home for additional privacy for multiple families.

Other Details to Note

There is a lot of stray cats in the area and they like to hangout around the house so please make sure the lids to the garbage cans are closed to keep them from ripping the trash.

As thrilled as we are that you are bringing your furry friend with you we do ask that you please keep them off ALL furnishings, this includes beds and linens. This is for comfort of future guests and hygiene purposes. Substantial extra charges will apply if this occurs. We also do not allow smoking in our homes. If the home has a lingering smell of weed or tabaco smoke after your stay, there will be an additional charge to clean the smell with ozone machines. Please respect quite hours and the peace and tranquility of the neighbors. Just be good neighbors and we'll all have a fun time! In addition, we do NOT allow parties at our property. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and friendly. Immediately to the left and right are families that have been in the neighborhood a very long time. The rest of the neighborhood is a mix of TCU college renters and Fort Worth Native renters.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home. The garage that leads to the rear alley will be locked as we have personal items stored there. Although, that space isn't really usable anyway so you won't be missing out on anything!

Our weekend stay at this house was great. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the driveway had plenty of parking. All the rooms had plenty of space and the two walk in showers on the first floor were real nice. Everything was really close to this location including Topgolf, Texas Roundhouse, and the Hulen Mall to name a few.

We literally reached out to her at the very last minute after getting off the plane and finding out that where we were supposed to stay had double booked their place. She was very quick to respond and very accommodating and saved the day for my family. We had a great time celebrating my sisters 50th in Fort Worth. Thank you for everything!
